We are contactable through different protocols and port ranges; on port 25 we are mainly reachable through danielmf@microsoft.com, but you also have other, just as great options for getting a response from us. If you are in a hurry and feel you need to speak with us right now, you log on to skype and add the user "warmcrocconf" to you account, then you call us and we will either answer your call (we speak danish, english and IL) or reply by instant messaging.
